Board Member Spotlight on Joanne Lucas, 2021 Treasurer

Joanne Lucas has been in the real estate industry for 15 years and joined Greystar in 2018 as a Director of Asset Management dedicated to the Active Adult portfolio. Overseeing all owned Active Adult communities nationwide, Joanne works closely with property management team, marketing, capital projects and the investment group to maximize value.

Joanne’s areas of expertise include: senior housing, affordable housing, development project management, property repositioning, capital renovations, forecasting and budgeting. In addition, Joanne has more than 10 years experience in the financial sector where she was involved in segment reporting, investor relations, implementation of retail incentive programming, commercial lending and retail branch operations.
